They accounted for everything from snowfall, to transit, to employment, and came up with a Top 20, below. Lulu’s hometown makes number 5.

Im suprized California is not listed.I was just in New mexico too cold,Im in Houston ,but come awn the whole state of Texas is depressing,And Colorado huh? Hope you got a electric wheel chair with a snow blower??The only one Id think would be ok is Florida but to humid.All the east coast ones are an arm pit.The list is way off but what ever!
